This is "belle". She's a brand new Taylor 310ce. I got her on Sweetwater.com for a great price. I was wary about never playing her before I made the purchase but after playing a few models in the local guitar store (that lost the bidding war because their customer service was ass. Seriously, you're not guitar center or sam ash, your store will close if you continue to suck at meeting customer needs. It's basic 21st Century business 101.) I was convinced that this was the model for me. So I rolled the dice and....my expectations were exceeded. She came in a sweet Taylor case, fully strung and professionally set up. I have a contact with this company, Rob Russel, who has been taking care of little purchases like guitar strings and patch cables to picking the right mics for my studio. (I am not being paid for this, trust me.) I call him with questions about my personal studio and gear whenever I need answers. He's helped me with mic placement and suggestions for future purchases. Anything and everything. Anyway, if you're worried about buying online, let me say that my worries are long gone.
